Blogs
In the past seven years, I have watched blogs become a small little thing that Ev created with blogger to the purchases of WebLogs, Inc. by AOL. In the course of this, I have steadily grown with the space, building blogs and experimenting with podcasts.
Social Engineer – This was my first attempt at a blog, originally focusing on my experiences at the Kerry Campaign and then migrating to being my personal blog and thoughts on social networking, the use of data in business and digital identity and privacy.
Political Gastronomica – This blog was started by transporting over the Kerry and Deutsch content from Social Engineer and has become my own political commentary blog. Originally designed to discuss how campaigns were using technology effectively (or not) in their campaigns, it has become a little more freeform.
Political Warez – This blog is my attempt to answer the basic question of “How to do X with Y” for political campaign staff. Due to the mumbo-jumbo of most technology efforts, this is an effort to discuss technology in a friendlier term for political operatives.
